ENJOY THE SOUNDTRACK WHILE YOU READ THE COMIC:

• In an homage to the 1981 cult classic Heavy Metal movie, Gates has a soundtrack that accompanies the comic book. Much like the original movie score but with an updated expansion, the soundtrack will explore everything from Heavy Metal to space rock to ambient sounds to capture the mood of the story.

• There is a music player on the right column of the blog, below the comic where the soundtrack resides. Simply click on the song and music plays.

PUBLICATION SCHEDULE – 3 TIMES A WEEK:

Gates will be Published One (1) Page At A Time:

• It will be compiled in issues, available for free for a limited time only.

A New Page Will Be Published Every Tuesday:

• Other content to support The comic including art, back-story and more will be updated on Thursdays & Saturdays. Other material will be published incrementally.

Upon Completion Of The Issue:

• The comic will be available for one month for free.

• After the one month period following issue completion, GATES WILL BE available for sale digitally, with some extra goodies, a few more pages, more blood, nudity, etc. It will be distributed in various channels online and via mobile and other applications.

• Then the process starts all over again with a new issue, continuing the story.

• Once the initial series is complete, Heavy Metal will compile a limited edition printed graphic novel/art book of all of the issues, loaded with extra material.

• In true heavy metal fashion, Gates is intended for mature audiences and contains nudity, violence and sexual situations. Viewer discretion is advised.
